ABEC has created a useful process which allows us to create
very useful web utilities and not just websites. Our process
is geared around the needs of the customer and it is very
flexible from customer to customer.
Whether this is your first website, website updates or other
services we provide we want to assure that you get exactly
what you want at a price within your budget. To achieve this
we will sit down with you either in person or on the phone
and work out your website. You can submit drawings or actual
functioning sites which you would like yours modeled after.
We will discuss with you, your goals for your website and
then design a website which will help you achieve those goals.
At this point we will agree upon a price for which you will
pay for the finished website and also a maintenance fee either
$15.95 or $30.95 depending on size and functionality of your
site. This fee is not mandatory, it is for our hosting/maintenance
option which some clients forego and instead host and maintain
the site on their own, this is totally up to you and we will
discuss with you the costs and benefits to both options.
The next step we will create a fictional first page called
a proof. This proof will allow you to see the design and layout
of your site before it is fully created. At this point based
on your feedback towards our proof we will either go with
the design we have created or create another proof to your
specifications. This part of the process will continue until
we have found a design scheme that meets the needs of your
website.
Once
we have agreed upon a proof we will then design your website
using the proof. Once the design is complete we will send
you a functional copy of your site which you can view, test
and correct. If by chance something is incorrect we will make
the changes and re-submit the website again with the corrections.
Once you have seen the functional website in correct working,
if you are using our hosting option we will upload it to the
domain name you choose. If you are using another hosting company
then we will submit the finished website to you on a CD.
At this point we will then bill you for our web design and
hosting services.
